Do you make all of your candy in house?

Yes, we have been candy makers since the 1960’s and make nearly all of our candies. However, it is impossible to make everything in house since all of our recipes are produced from scratch. There are some items we have brought in, but only after careful and extensive research. All products must meet our high demands for quality.

Do you have Holiday Specials?

At Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, we have candy and packaging suited specifically for each respective holiday. Some of our large selection of holiday items appear approximately one month before the holiday.

Are you open year round?

Yes, we are.

Are you related to the candy shop in Kennard, Indiana?

Yes, we are related. We share the origin of our candies; however, we operate independently.

What size boxes do you have?

1 lb, 1.5 lb, 2 lb, 3 lb and 5 lb sizes are our online offerings. We also offer seasonal packaging. Many more sizes are available in our retail store. Make a statement with our clear lid offerrings. 1 lb, 1/2 lb and 8 piece sizes are available.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, and it’s free. We have a wide variety of special occasion and everyday wrapping paper available during check out.

Is your sugar free candy safe for diabetics?

It is artificially sweetened with maltitol. Some varieties have nuts which have natural sugar. We call this ‘No sugar added candy’. We can not make statements concerning the results from consuming sugar free and no sugar added candy. Consult your physician if you are unsure.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, we do. As we have a nearly endless selection of candies, we treat each order on a case-by-case basis. Most discounts begin after the order has reached $500, however, in some instances the number of pieces may dictate a discount.

If I fax you a list of my clients, friends or family, will you send the chocolates yourselves?

We specialize in this area. Please provide us a list and we do the rest. We ship on the date requested and enclose a greeting card to your specifications.

Do you wholesale your candy?

Yes, we do. We have an entire program for wholesale to gift shops and similar stores as well as a bulk program. Please call for details, or visit our Wholesale page.

Do you offer corporate gifts?

Yes, we do. Our corporate gift program is unsurpassed. We offer a wide variety of gift selections. We offer many customization options and the tried and true standard classics. Please call for more information, or visit our Corporate Gifts page.

Can I order online and come to one of your stores for pick up?

Yes, you can. During the check out process, you will be asked if your order is to be picked up or shipped.

What are your Policies?

We cannot guarantee the condition of the candy unless cold pack shipping is requested. To insure quality we ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Is it safe to order over the Internet?

Yes, we use industry standard 128-bit encryption to keep your personal information safe. This is the same encryption technology banks use for secure transactions. In the check out process all information is encrypted before it is sent to our servers. This means that your credit card and other information cannot be read over the Internet as it travels to our ordering system. Also, please note that we do not permanently store your credit card information on our site. If someone obtained your e-mail address and password to your account at GoodsCandyShop.com, they would not be able to place an order without entering a credit card number.

What information do you collect about me? Will you sell any of it to a 3rd party or give out my email address?

When you order we need to know your name, email address, billing address, credit card number and expiration date. We use this information to process your order and will not disclose it to third parties.

What if I forget my password? How can I log in if I don’t have my password?

From your shopping cart when you click ‘Proceed to Check Out’ you will find yourself on the Log In page. Follow the ‘Forgot your password? Click here’ link. Next, type your e-mail address and click the ‘Email my password’ button. Your password will then be e-mailed to you and you will be able to log in.
